To strengthen our team we are looking for a 


Product Manager Diagnostics (International position Europe based)

Who will provide profound information on market and competitors. Liaises with Key Opinion Leaders. Provides effective product positioning and strategies. Collects all aspects of new products in IVD market. Support R&D Team on product development. Be the key contact with LSIM regulatory team to manage Regulatory topic with Distributors.


Duties and responsibilities

Product Management
  • Acquisition of product-related market and competitor information and relevant trends and developments market strategies and long-term product strategies in the product market
  • Determine the advantages and disadvantages of our products compared to the competition and their value proposition
  • Maintaining contacts with international opinion leaders, decision-makers, partners and key accounts
  • Manage the ordering system for promotional materials and development of country specific marketing materials
  • Support distributor need in term of Education, training, Marketing material
  • Support of Sales and Marketing through participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Support of Quality Management of LSIM products
Business Management
  • Plan and coordinate launch of new products into EU and designated areas.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to find new opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and develop Regulatory knowledge for all territory and product.
  • Be the regulatory contact for LSIM and distributors.
  • Handle all regulatory request.
  • Manage record concerning all regulatory status within the territory.


Job requirements

Education or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Marketing, Medical Device or Diagnostic industries.
  • Experience working within the POC market and strong knowledge of current market products and competition is preferred.
Knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of IVD (in vitro diagnostic product) products and markets.
  • Knowledge in IVD regulation (CE mark/IVDD/IVDR).
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal constituents, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge and versatility to multi-task across a broad number of products and disease states.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as the proven ability to work successfully within an international (virtual) team.
  • Master in Spanish language (preferably mother tongue).
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Other languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to travel EMEA/LATAM.
  • Remote position (anywhere in Europe).
