Tokyo, June 6, 2016 - Panasonic Healthcare Co., Ltd. (“Panasonic Healthcare”) today announced that it has agreed to transfer its endoscopy monitor business to EIZO Corporation (“EIZO”), and entered into a business assignment agreement.
Panasonic Healthcare has been developing, manufacturing and marketing endoscopy monitors since August, 2010, and concluded that the business transfer to EIZO will lead to further development of this business.
Based on the agreement, Panasonic Healthcare’s endoscopy monitor business will be transferred to EIZO as of July 31, 2016.
