For our Service team in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time:

JOB CONTENT

As a Service Coordinator, you will ensure an efficient planning of service activities and an effective deployment of staff (time accounting), taking into account applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, you contribute to the work preparation. You draw up offers for repairs, maintenance and maintenance contracts. You identify growth opportunities and contribute to the turnover growth of the department. The management of these maintenance contracts is also part of your duties. Finally, you are responsible for the following tasks: service invoicing, warranty claims to Japan, answering questions about part numbers from dealers and sales (Europe, Turkey, Africa and Russia), and providing technical support to the sales team; You work closely together with the planner/work preparation employee. In addition, you also work with customers/dealers to whom you provide technical advice, among other things. You liaise with various departments, including French, German and English colleagues. You will report to the Service Manager Europe.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed higher vocational education (hbo) or higher vocational education (hbo) thinking and working level combined with a secondary vocational education (mbo-4) diploma (in the field of technology/planning/work preparation)
  • Technical insight: ideally work experience as a mechanic
  • A minimum of 3 years' of relevant work experience as a planner and/or work preparator
  • You have technical product knowledge, knowledge of planning software and the Office package
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing; German language skills are a strong plus
  • You can plan and organise well and you are accurate
  • You are customer and service oriented
  • You are proactive
  • Preferably living in the region
