Announcement of Clarification of Business Unit Names
As part of our commitment to stakeholder engagement, PHC Group is always seeking to help our stakeholders better understand our global business and its parts. To support this goal, we will update how we refer to two of our business units, effective April 1:

The purpose of this update is to make our business activities easier to understand by using clearer names that describe what each unit does. The brand names of the relevant businesses (Ascensia and LSI Medience) will not change.
As a reminder, we will also implement a business unit reorganization within the Diagnostics & Life Sciences Domain effective April 1.
