In this study, glucose and lactate levels in the culture medium of iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes that had been treated with cardiotoxic substances were measured continuously to investigate the usefulness of a method of cardiotoxicity evaluation by a live cell metabolic pathway analyzer.
