The contest is open to entrants who own a non-PHCbi brand (or non-legacy brand) upright ULT freezer(s) or represent the owner of a non-PHCbi brand (or non-legacy brand) upright ULT freezer(s) with a capacity between 18.0 cu ft and 27.0 cu ft and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. PHCNA employees and associates are excluded from the contest. By entering the contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and authorized by the owner, if not yourself, and that you or the owner, as applicable, are eligible to receive any prize(s) that may be awarded. In the event that multiple entries with the same freezer are received from separate entrants, only the first entry from received by PHCNA will be considered an eligible entry.
How to Enter
Limit of one entry per person and the contest is completely free to enter. Entrant must complete the landing/contest page form and include an image showing the ULT freezer brand, model, serial number. The winner will be selected from the eligible entries based on the oldest working ULT freezer which maintains a temperature at or below -8065ºC (Celsius), is 18 – 27 cubic feet, is not a SANYO or Panasonic branded unit, and is currently in use to preserve contents in accordance with intended purpose of the ULT freezer. The oldest ULT freezer will be determined based on the month and year of the ULT freezer purchase submitted on the entry form and the date of entry form submission. The purchase date of the ULT freezer is subject to confirmation by PHCNA with a valid proof of purchase supplied by the entrant. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase include a billing receipt, invoice, purchase order, or delivery confirmation provided the full date of purchase, model number, and serial number, if available, are shown. Working condition of oldest ULT freezer is subject to verification by PHCNA. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected based on which submission was submitted first.
The Prize
The winner of the contest will receive its choice of one (1) VIP ECO SMART Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer from the following list of models:

- MDF-DU503VHA-PA (retail value of $22,969)
The prize will include PHCNA's standard product warranty available at
https://pages.services/markitbiomedical.com/ult-warranty-statements. The prize is non-transferable and
non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. PHCNA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. PHCNA’s decision on any aspect of the contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Payment of taxes is winner’s responsibility.
Winner Announcement
Winner will be notified at the email address provided on contest entry form. PHCNA will make two (2) attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails from PHCNA informing them of their win within fourteen (14) days of the second email, the winner forfeits the right to the prize, and PHCNA reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. PHCNA may require winner to demonstrate the ULT freezer submitted on the contest entry form is still in working condition at time of email notification.
Delivery of the Prize
PHCNA will coordinate and deliver the prize to the winner within 28 days following the winner’s response to PHCNA’s winner notification email. PHCNA will cover standard dock to dock shipping costs to deliver the prize to the winner's location. PHCNA bears the risk of loss or damage during transit. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be available through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the contest will be used by PHCNA for the purposes of administering the contest and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. The winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment. The winner's name and place of employment will be announced on PHCNA’s social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
PHCNA accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the contest or being selected for the prize.

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are in no way affiliated with this contest and in no way sponsor or endorse this contest. By entering into this contest you agree to release Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter from any liability associated with the contest.
