Panasonic Biomedical Sales Europe B.V. has introduced a new VIP ECO Ultra Low Temperature Upright Freezer. This new model includes enhanced features that further improve the footprint and ease-of-use of the VIP ECO ULT Freezer for cost-saving and environmentally friendly sample storage. The new MDF-DU702VH-PE provides an internal capacity of 729 litres.
VIP ECO Ultra Low Temperature Freezers use naturally occurring hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants that provide more efficient cooling due to their high latent heat of evaporation. As well as improved performance, this leads to reduced power consumption and energy costs.
Additionally, the new the MDF-DU702VH VIP ECO ULT Freezer is upgraded with Inverter Compressors that maximise cooling performance under different conditions, and contribute to further reducing the energy consumption of the freezer. These compressors provide optimum stability, while quality of design ensures reliability.
Panasonic has upgraded its VIP ECO Ultra Low Temperature Upright Freezers even further with the changing needs of its customers in mind.
An innovative freezer cabinet design with chamfered edges and VIP PLUS insulation helps to achieve optimum temperature uniformity within a reduced footprint. The bevel of the outer door sides reduces the space required to the side of the freezer for door opening so more freezers can be installed within a large multi-freezer laboratory.
The new models also feature a flexible shelf layout with multiple shelf configurations that enable a wider variety of storage options. Existing inventory racks can be transferred into the new freezers.
A new colour LCD touch panel allows full user control, even with gloved hands, while the USB port makes transferring logged data to a PC convenient and the EZlatch makes access to stored samples even easier.
