Our customer’s research contributes to progress. They value their research highly. The samples that deliver the vital data for that research are unique, valuable, and quite likely irreplaceable. They need to be stored safely, for now and the future. Losing samples could halt promising research, delay medical treatments or cause substantial financial losses, as well as create an administrative nightmare. We developed TwinGuard ULT Freezers specifically to greatly reduce the risk of losing samples.

TwinGuard ULT Freezers are a reliable, high volume and long term preservation solution. They offer the highest level of sample protection through the use of two independent refrigeration systems. If one system unexpectedly fails, the other can maintain the freezer's temperature uniformly in the -70˚C range.

TwinGuard ULT Freezers achieve exceptional temperature recovery after door openings and sample placement, stable lower internal temperatures and increased durability. Also designed for exceptional ease-of-use and data monitoring, the freezers feature a comprehensive alarm system. Twice the security

Our customers want the ultimate security for stable and reliable storage of extremely valuable samples. They value double security.

TwinGuard’s Dual Cooling system differs significantly from conventional cascade refrigeration technology. In Dual Cool systems, two independent refrigeration systems reliably maintain an ultra-low temperature environment, even if an unexpected failure should occur in one cooling circuit, the other can maintain the freezer in the -70ºC range until service can be arranged. This level of ultra-low temperature back-up cannot be achieved by conventional cascade systems.

The unique functionality is achieved through the use of two, completely independent, auto-cascade systems – the compressors, evaporators and cooling fans of the two systems operate separately from each other. Two efficient evaporator circuits surround the interior chamber in a strategically-designed arrangement to ensure the highest levels of temperature uniformity with either one, or both of the refrigeration systems functioning.
