Career Autonomy Support
To support employees' career autonomy, we provide career design training and consulting opportunities at each milestone for new hires, young, mid-career, and experienced employees.
In the "Innovator-ship Training" to develop innovation leader human resources in the PHC Group, we conduct action leaning activities designed to encourage behavioral change and retention through practical application. Participants will team up with various employees to work on innovation-themed proposal activities. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to make presentations directly to management to improve their leadership skills further. We define "leadership" as a required skill for all employees and conduct training that specifically focused on leadership.
Provision of learning opportunities
For all employees, we hold open seminars on a variety of topics, inviting prominent experts from the respective industries. Employees interested in attending can participate in those at their own discretion. We also provide other opportunities to learn at various milestones from the start of their careers.
Enhancing Professional Skills
We have extensive training menu, including job function-specific training, various technical training, and language training. On-site training and on-the-job training, employees can acquire the specialized skills necessary for each job category.
