Career Development Support
To support employees' career autonomy, we provide career design training and consulting opportunities at each milestone for new hires, young, mid-career, and experienced employees. In addition, to ensure that team managers provide support in the workplace, we encourage them to have regular 1on1 meetings with the members and hold seminars for team managers.
Leadership Development
In the "Innovator-ship Training" designed to develop PHC Group’s innovative leaders, we implement action learning activities to encourage behavioral changes and retention through practical application. Participants will team up with various employees to work on innovation-themed proposal activities. In addition, the participants will have the opportunity to make presentations directly to management to further improve their leadership skills.
We also believe that "leadership skills" are essential competencies for all employees regardless of their position. We have defined and disclosed the "leadership qualifications" required for different positions so that all employees can autonomously improve their "leadership skills."
Employees also set plans to improve their “leadership skills” with the advice of their team managers when setting performance goals at the beginning of the business year.

Enhancing Professional Skills
We have extensive training programs, including job function-specific training, various technical training, and language training. On-site training and on-the-job training, employees can acquire the specialized skills necessary for each job category.
