The MDF-DU703VHE-PE VIP SMART Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer combines energy-efficient sample storage with advanced access control and reliable temperature performance. With a 729-litre capacity and a temperature range from -86°C to -40°C, the freezer provides secure storage for valuable samples while helping laboratories reduce energy consumption and heat output.

Natural refrigerants combined with inverter compressor technology improve efficiency without compromising cooling performance, ambient tolerance or recovery following door openings.

Energy-saving performance

Designed to reduce the operating costs associated with ultra-low temperature storage, the MDF-DU703VHE-PE delivers low energy consumption while maintaining reliable performance.

The VIP SMART uses approximately 30% less energy compared with most existing models.*

Natural refrigerants, inverter compressors and integrated electronics work together to balance temperature performance and energy management. The result is lower energy consumption and reduced heat output.

Smart Performance

Inverter-driven compressors with SMART control provide excellent temperature uniformity. Under steady-state conditions, the compressors can operate at slower speeds, while proprietary control algorithms help maintain extremely tight temperature uniformity throughout the cabinet.

This intelligent compressor management combines temperature stability with efficient operation, providing dependable storage conditions for valuable laboratory samples.

Security control and monitoring

Controlled Freezer Access

Manage and monitor access to valuable stored samples and identify who accessed the freezer and when.

Freezer access can also be monitored to determine how long the door remained open.

Electric Lock

Intuitive touchscreen monitoring

An eye-level, door-mounted 10.1-inch high-resolution LCD touchscreen provides convenient access to freezer controls and performance information.

Performance attributes can be viewed directly on the display, while internal temperature logs can be displayed graphically over time. A USB port enables logged data to be transferred conveniently to a PC.

Natural Refrigerants

Naturally occurring hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants have minimal effect on the environment.

Combined with inverter technology, these refrigerants improve efficiency without compromising cooling performance, ambient tolerance or recovery speeds following door openings.
